Dolls from a Secret Garden - 'Terra' - SOLD

Have you ever been walking in the woods and you thought you heard a rustle in the bushes or you saw some quick movement out of the corner of your eye, only to look and find nothing? Do you remember walking in the meadow and suddenly a sweet fragrance wafts across, seemingly from no where? There are many creatures in the wood that we are not privileged to know, yet they are there, busy looking after the most precious things in our lives. Terra is one such creature. She, along with her woodland friends look after all the faeries, elves, gnomes and garden children, helping them to achieve their mission to give our world all its magic and beauty.

Terra is an art doll composed of all natural elements with the exception of her face and hands which are made of polymer clay. She has a Victorian look with her scallop shell bustle and hanging string of seed pods, anemone shell collar and her hair swept up and tied with a rosebud. She stands a full14" tall and is literally covered with mosses, shells, pine cones, lichens, bees nests, anemone shells, pebbles, baby's breath, heather, hornet nest paper, oats, assorted other dried flowers, and tree bark, She has a rosebud in her hair, she's holding a pod from Australia and she's wearing a ring of fools gold.
